TERMS OF SALE:

A Sale is agreed Upon Our Confirmation of your order. An Invoice is raised and sent to you. Payment is expected immediately Upon Customer Receipt of Invoice.

We accept all Major Credit Cards. A 2.9% Surcharge is added for payments by Credit Card

Alternatively you may pay by Bank Transfer to our Bank Account

Once payment is received, ownership of goods passes to the Customer and a Receipt will be sent to verify this.

Should payment not be received at this point, it is within the right of Dhall & Nash to terminate the Sale.

Should the customer breach Dhall and Nash's terms of credit given, it remains the right of Dhall and Nash to collect this debt and charge any fees accrued in pursuit of this debt.

DELIVERY AND RECEIPT:

Wines are Delivered to your chosen specification in New Zealand. Should you wish for your wines to be delivered outside of New Zealand, please discuss with us.

It is your obligation to inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify Dhall & Nash of any shortage or damage. Should we not receive such notice within three days of receipt of goods, any damage or shortcoming will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Wines Lying in Our Warehouse: Delivery Time 1-2 Days

Wines Not Lying in our Warehouse but in New Zealand: Delivery Time 3-5 Days

Wines imported from Overseas: Delivery Time 6 – 10 Weeks

RETURN OF WINES:

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the proper cellaring of wines in our possession and will act in good faith in purchasing wines, we cannot be responsible for the condition of wines or whether they show any attributes which might be expected. In our absolute discretion we will consider requests for replacing the unopened balance of an order which is undrinkable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Wines are consolidated at various Bonded Warehouses across Europe. These Bonded Warehouses are all temperature and humidity controlled, and all wines are insured whilst in storage.

Dhall & Nash ships wines once per month. Wines are shipped in sealed, temperature stable containers. Again all wines are insured against accidental damage (Wines are packaged in highly protective packaging and with extreme care to minimize chances of such occurrence).  

Sailing time is 42 days and wines arrive Under Bond at Auckland, where Dhall & Nash arrange all Import, Duty and GST requirements, and then deliver wines according to customer specifications.

Condition reports, including a photo are taken of all wines immediately prior to shipment. Should the wines arrive in a different condition to the one recorded this will be taken up with the shipper.

Should buyers which to reduce Journey time, Dhall & Nash do provide the option for Air Freight. This can be discussed at the Enquiry phase of an order.
